For all senior and niche & critical middle management positions we follow the search methodology to source the right candidates. The typical search process would be:

Step I The process starts with the search head/consultant understanding the client organisation with regard to existing business activities, organisation structure, culture, future growth plans and role linkages.
Step II The coordinates of the assignment are frozen with mutual consent and an elaborate job profiling is done approved by the client. The detailed job profiling comprises of defining the role, skill set analysis, job deliverables, KRAs, candidate specifications, the selection process, the recruitment time-frame etc.
Step III The Search Strategy is developed that draws up a target list of relevant companies from which to recruit and utilizing our network, along with our database to develop a list of most promising candidates within these companies.
Step IV Profiling of the candidates in terms of their role, previous organizations, expertise areas, achievements, compensation details etc.
Step V The candidates are spoken to about the position at length and the Consultants also try to understand the perspective of the candidate. An in-depth evaluation of the candidates is done to choose the right fit.
Step VI Coordinating meetings of our short-listed candidates who have shown interest in the specific position with the client.
Step VII Package negotiation and structuring taking into account industry benchmarks, and, expectations management for both parties.
Step VIII Detailed Reference Checks on candidate(s) selected by the client, when the offer is formally extended.
Step IX Post offer follow- ups with the client and candidate ensuring smooth transition
